Co-Broke Policy
Castle & Cooke Arizona, Inc. Invites broker participation in our communities. We pay 3% co-broke fee. The 3% fee is paid at the time of closing. To ensure payment of this fee, please follow the guidelines below when registering your buyers: Agent must accompany buyers on their first visit to our communities, at that time, the buyers must be registered. Registration in agent/brokers name remains active for 30 days. This may be extended if additional time is needed to write a contract. Please call for information or visit our sales office to register your client.
